- I paid but didn't receive an STK Push prompt
Confirm the M-Pesa number is correct and that your phone has signal. The prompt usually arrives within 30 seconds. If not, you can safely retry from the dashboard — duplicate charges are refunded.
- How long does the OTP take to arrive?
Most OTPs land within 30 seconds of the service sending them. If 5 minutes pass with no SMS, use the Flag button on the order page to release the number and get a refund.
- Can I reuse the same number?
Short-term (20-minute) numbers expire after the window. Long-term (LTR) numbers stay yours for the full 3 / 7 / 14 / 30 days you selected.
- Why are prices in KES not USD?
Kali OTP wraps the underlying USD-priced API in a Kenyan checkout. Prices include conversion plus our service markup, billed via Safaricom M-Pesa.
